One-on-One Nutrition Coaching

For those who need, or simply want, a little more personalized attention.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You want to go out with family or friends, but hate it when the time comes to choose what to wear. You walk into the closet to find yourself wearing one of the same three outfits that you always wear, because they're the only clothes that you feel comfortable in.

  • You work a 9-5 job, and you're constantly taking trips to the break room to get yet another cup of coffee. You rely on an enormous amount of caffeine just to get you through your day.

  • You're a stay at home mom, who devotes every ounce of time and energy into raising those little humans. You want to work on yourself, but you feel as if you're hanging on by a thread each day, and there's no way that you would be able to make yourself a priority.

  • You're a grandmom and you've put your health on the back burner for quite sometime. You want to be able to run around and keep up with your grandchildren, but you just physically can't.

If so, good news is that you're not alone.

Hey, I'm Kat!

and I've been there too.
I've been overweight, I've been broken (literally), and I've been depressed. I was absolutely miserable and I had no idea what I was doing. The only thing I did know was that I didn't want to feel like that any longer.

I decided that I was going to take back control of my health.. of my life.

Now, I help people like YOU take back control too.

You may be wondering how Nutrition Coaching
is different than any other diet you've done..

Well.. to put it bluntly, I don't do "diets".

Typical diets usually involve eliminating food groups, depriving you of tasty treats, and forcing you to drink disgusting shakes, not to mention putting extreme pressure on you to do all of this and lose a certain amount of weight with a deadline of XX-days.. only to gain it all back once the time is up.

Nutritional Coaching involves meeting you where YOU need to be met in all aspects (physically & mentally). I walk you through and teach you how to master the fundamentals of nutrition and show you how to tailor them according to your goals. We always start as simple as possible, and then work our way up, if needed. The main goal of my coaching is to not only help you reach your goal, but to show you how to maintain this new, healthier lifestyle, on your own.

In order to develop the best plan for you, I need to know who you are. You'll answer an extensive questionnaire going over everything, including your health history, current total health status, goals, stressors, etc.

You will have required check-ins; the amount depending on your individual needs. These stats will keep us updated on your progress, not only physically, but mentally, and emotionally. Because becoming healthier is more than just about looks.

We're all different, prefer to learn certain ways, and utilize certain tools. You will have a choice of using a mobile app, communicating through email, or a simple pen and paper, if you prefer the old-school way.

I am your coach in all facets of the word. I show what to do, teach you why we're doing it, and am there when you need a high-five, or a little more encouragement.

  • Q: Counting calories or macros is kind of intimidating. I want to be healthier, but I don't think I could do that.

  • A: The cool thing about nutrition is that counting calories/macros isn't the only way to become healthier, or achieve your aesthetic goals. We work together to find a way that works best for YOU.

  • Q: I want to be better about my health, but I just like food too much. How long would I have to stick to a diet?

  • A: I don't do "diets." I teach you how to eat to reach your goals, fuel your body (and mind), while also being able to enjoy the foods you love. I specialize in teaching people how to eat for LIFE. Restricting yourself from your favorite foods isn't really living. ;)

  • Q: How long does it take?

  • A: It depends on the individual, and how much effort and consistency is put forth.

It's not just about the food..

It's about freedom. Freedom from guilt and shame. Freedom to enjoy big events and special occasions with your loved ones without feeling stressed. Freedom to eat the foods you love in a way that doesn't hinder your progress. Freedom in knowing that more food may actually be better for you. Freedom to go about your day without having to rely on yet another caffeine source. Freedom in not having to worry if your boss is bringing in more bagels and donuts for breakfast again. Freedom in just knowing what to eat, when to eat, and the WHY behind it all.

Doesn't that sound amazing?

If you're wanting a better relationship with food, don't let another day pass you by.
